The Leesburg Wednesday Farmers Market will open for the 2013 season on May 1, 3pm-6pm in the parking lot of the VA Village Shopping Center, Catoctin Circle, Leesburg. Join us for our Grand Opening Ceremony featuring Kristin Umstattd, Mayor of Leesburg. The Leesburg Wednesday Farmers Market is run by the Loudoun Valley HomeGrown Markets Cooperative, Inc. and is dedicated to providing a place for local farms and food artisans to sell their wares. Everything sold at the Market is raised, grown or made from scratch by the seller--when you buy food direct from the farmer, you know where your food comes from!
